Hi Team,

 

How to add new columns in the list view of csm/workspace for case view. 

For SLA's I want to add business elapsed time and business time left for all users. I want to remove actual elapsed time and actual time left.

 

I have tried but it is working for me only, not for all users in workspace view

What do you mean by only in workspace view?

Can you share what did you configure so far based on suggestion by Viraj?
