How to enable next experience for the Mobile agent App

We have a mobile agent app and we're interested in transitioning to the next experience. However, we're unsure about the process since what works for the platform may not necessarily apply to the mobile app. Is there anyone who has already made the switch and could provide guidance on how to proceed?
