How to inactivate an agent workspace

We were moving to next exxperience ui so we want to inactivate the old workspace. How we can do that. How we can route users to the new workspace.

In ITSM domain, the equivalent of Agent Workspace in the Next Experience UI is the Service Operations Workspace (SOW). If you wanted to explore more, setting up a conversation with your account manager would be a good idea as they would be able to explain it according to your instance's set-up.
