How to translate email notifications

Hi Team,

 

How to translate email notifications.

 

On case table, I need to translate case resolved notification.

 

On Accounts table we have created a custom field called language field type is choice, choices are English, Germany, Dutch.

 

If case Account.language is Germany, then we need to translate the case resolved notification to Germany.

If case Account.language is empty then we need to show it directly in English.

 

I know we have localization, in that we will do translation, but how can we achieve for account.language is germany case.
