Hi all!
I have a task to create a fully functional report on knowledge table on HR Agent Landing page.
I reused HR Case single number data visualizations that route to "simplelist".
The links to the records work fine, but the "New" button does nothing.
I have tracked down the declarative action and it routes to "modal_page" which does not exist in HR Agent Workspace.
I have never worked with declarative actions.. Please, suggest what would be the solution here to have a functional "New" button that would route to "record" page and would not interfere with other Workspaces.
I could probably change the client action to "Create New Record", but have no idea what implications would it have on other workspaces.
