Hello experts,
Is there a possibility for a notification to not be activated even though the conditions is satisfied and it is active.
One of our issue is that the client is questioning why was this notification was sent after the tokyo upgrade.
When I checked the notification below it is active so its reasonable that this notification will be sent.
But in our case, the client is saying that this is not happening before the tokyo upgrade. Meaning this notification is not sent even though it is active and satisfied the conditions.
Are there any possible methods to execute this method aside from turning the notification to false?
Thankss

If this notification has been updated by system, and previous release (SAN DIEGO), it didn't send it out.
Seems to be this is reactivated by platform after upgrading TOKYO.
If you needn't this notification, just deactivate this again.

@Rain Vaine we are having the exact same thing- new notifications after upgrading to Tokyo. it seems all notifications that are using this 'employee notification template' which uses that graphic in the related layout record- all of those notifications got activated during upgrade, yet their history shows no change from active=false to true. They are all under the Employee Experience Foundation application, which docs site says relates to Employee Center. Release notes don't talk about activating new notifications, the application install logs don't mention it, nowhere.
I'm curious how you handled the situation. My initial response is that these are duplicates of our pre-existing notices, but i'm not totally comfortable with that assessment yet- don't want to make the problem worse by deactivating something that's actually needed, even if it's not quite the format we want.

Hello,
This was an issue that we found earlier during our upgrade last year and the client cannot proceed with their testing for notification due to that newly added notifications. That is why we also decided to just turn off this notifications since it was originally off in san diego release.
