So we rolled out the new Next experience UI yesterday and this morning woke up to some push back, we are in discussions to potentially roll back, can anyone think of any ramifications of doing so?

thanks for the direction, I was able to enable the toggle to allow users to go back to UI16 and that satisfied the need without having to rollback everyone! For anyone that wants to do this here is the thread I used to do it:

Great to see you have turned the Next Experience UI on, hopefully with some additional training, your users will feel comfortable with it. There is a knowledge base article from our FAQs which describes how to provide the toggle.

Thank you for the engagement Saurabh! Our product name is the Next Experience UI. (Polaris was an internal project name only and is not used as an external name).

No negative impact, just disable through the system properties but this is the new UI going forward so make sure to come up with a plan to train people and roll it out in the future.
