Service Operations Workspace Home Permissions

Roles = itil + sn_sow.sow_user

My users receive a permission error.  I have not been able to determine what is missing.  Can you help?  Thank you.

Is it is related to visibility of incidents?  I'm not clear on why that is restricted.

Maik, Thank you very much.  I had to navigate there via sys_ux_applicability.list in the left nav as the other page would not accept my scope change on refresh.  Bill
