SOW workspace configure chrome_tab create major incident

Hi,

there is an option to create a new major incident from SOW Plus sign?
It's not a regular record.

Hi @gaia 

if you follow the instructions from video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahSTqx3AMTM you will see, that it is possible to predefine field values when creating a new Major Incident. And from the technical perspective the only difference of an MIM to a normal incident is the field "Major incident state" which needs the value "accepted". Therefore my answer is "yes", it is possible.

If I understood you correctly, I did what you suggested before I posted the question:

But for some reason, the field "major_incident_state" is not filling.
I tried it on other fields and it works well.
I think this field has special behavior.

You can have a look to the below UX Page Property to see if someone added the option "New major incident" or any related plugins modified it.
