Share the filtered condition to other and remove the saved filters in Workspace.

Hi all,

1)I have created some filter conditions and saved in Agent workspace list View of EM, Group Alert in below screen shot.

>How can I remove those saved filter (EM, Group Alert) in Agent Workspace list view in above screen shot.

 

2)Also while saving the filter condition and it's showing only one option as ME in below screen shot.

>But I need also need options like Everyone & Group in the Save Filter in given below screen shot.

Can anyone help me out to find solutions for the above questions that I mentioned with screen shots.

Hi,

In native UI filter navigator, type filters and choose the one under System Definition. Select the filter you want to remove and delete.

We are now Mid 2024, and it is still impossible to remove a saved filter in the workspace.

This is one of the many discrepencies between list in workspace and list in classic UI.

Woundering how many time/years is needed to finally have an iso-functionality version on workspace list.

There are a lot of Enhancement requests on the idea portal on this topic. Unfortunately, most of them are closed due to lack of vote. Ideas - Idea Portal (servicenow.com)
I hope that ServiceNow will work on this topic soon, as configurable workspace are the future of Servicenow interface.
