I'm playing around/learning in UI Builder and wanted to POC a workspace that has a form component for creating a new record into a custom table that was previously created.
When I add the form component and configure what I assume is the bare minimum configuration (based on other forum posts and the servicenow documentation), I can see my form fields showing in UI Builder but get the "Component is not configured" message when previewing the screen.

Can someone spot what I am mis-configuring/missing? Also, is there a way to see somewhere in UI Builder what is mis-configured when we get this message or are we left to just hacking away until we come to a resolution?
