UX Form Action Button - Condition for Visibility

Hi,

I have built a pop-up modal in workspace that is triggered by a button in a UX Form Action Layout. Issue I am having is that the button to launch the modal should not always be visible.

Is it possible to script the visibility of a button in a UX Form Action Layout?
