whenever i login into servicenow, it's automatically logging me out

Whenever I'm trying to login into servicenow instance using SSO, it's automatically logging me out even after i cleared cache and cookies and also in private tab. Please help me out from this.

 This occurrs mainly for SSO enabled instances for one for the following reasons:

• User is locked out in the instance - unlock them
• User's email is blank in the instance - Fill in the email address
• More than one user exists with the same email - Search for and remove the duplicate user.
• In your User account -- make sure you have same data in your UserId and Email Fields.
• Try with https://YOURINSTANCENAME.service-now.com/login.do and try to login.

• User is NOT locked out in the instance  
• User's email is NOT blank in the instance
• More than one user exists with the same email - NO Duplicate User
• In your User account -- make sure you have same data in your UserId and Email Fields. - both fields are fine.
• how can we set password for https://YOURINSTANCENAME.service-now.com/login.do.
• I was tried to login with login.do with my old credentials and it's saying wrong password. i hope there is a way to set it. please guide me.
