Whenever I'm trying to login into servicenow instance using SSO, it's automatically logging me out even after i cleared cache and cookies and also in private tab. Please help me out from this.

Hi @Community Alums ,
- User is NOT locked out in the instance
- User's email is NOT blank in the instance
- More than one user exists with the same email - NO Duplicate User
- In your User account -- make sure you have same data in your UserId and Email Fields. - both fields are fine.
- how can we set password for https://YOURINSTANCENAME.service-now.com/login.do.
- I was tried to login with login.do with my old credentials and it's saying wrong password. i hope there is a way to set it. please guide me.

Hi,
My email was not set properly because of that it's automatically logging me out. After i set me email then i can able to login.
