why submit button on ui builder portal experience is not working as expected?(expected behaviour is it should ensure all mandatory fields are filled r not before redirect in to list view)

I created a custom controller via UI Builder (Controllers page) and now I can't figure out how to delete it. I even unsuccessfully tried deleting the record in Core UI (sys_ux_controller). What am I missing?
