Why can't I add catalog item to My List in Service Operation Workspace

Hi Guys,

I am trying to add a new list to My List in Service Operation Workspace. I have added a few but can't add the catalog item table (sc_cat_item), error: " Catalog Item can't be added as My Workspace List". Is there a property to update?

Hi @JLeong ,

There is a BR which is preventing catalog item table.

Name: Prevent Catalog Item in My List

Table : sys_ux_my_list

Verify the impact before you make any changes this logic.
