Case[sn_customersevice_case]テーブルのレコード画面にUI Actionで、押すとレコードの内容に適したナレッジを検索して、Knowledge Articleテーブルを参照しているList形式のフィールドに検索してきたナレッジを追加するボタンを作成したいです。
スクリプト内でNow Assistを呼び出してナレッジを検索させることはできますか?
もしできるなら前提となる製品も合わせて教えてください。
