In serviceNow can we give error that the document is missing in attachment using GenAI

Hello  everyone . I need to ivestigate on if in ServiceNow if i need to give error that the document is missing in attachment in record producer using GenAI is it possible.

Hello @Gauri Kaner ,
You can use the platform scripting methodologies such as Client Script, UI Policy to display error when document or attachment is missing from a record producer.
Of course you can do this with GenAI but it comes with its own subscription cost and complexity. For record producer, ServiceNow scripting capability is more than enough.

why would you use GenAI for this?

This can be simply handled using Settings on Record producer or via onSubmit catalog client script.
