Hi Team,
I have created an Agentic Workflow (AI Agent) in AI Agent Studio and I would like to track the usage/consumption for each individual agent or for a specific Agentic workflow.
Currently, I am looking for:
- Per agent consumption metrics
- Usage details for a specific Agentic workflow
- Any available reports, tables, or dashboards to track this.
Any guidance or references would be really helpful.

An out-of-the-box (OOB) AI Agents Analytics dashboard is available in the AI Agents Studio module, which allows you to track KPIs related to AI agent performance. Additionally, you can review the sys_gen_ai_usage_log table to monitor Now Assist consumption at the user level.

Refer this KB2558225 High agent assist usage when testing under Agent Studio
The Generative AI Usage Log : sys_gen_ai_usage_log table shows multiple entries where the Document value (e.g., "Topic: AIA-Agent Invoker") has a consumption count of 25 assists each. This does not occur when using the virtual agent directly.
