Assignment Groups fields not showing

Good afternoon,

I am requesting assistance with enabling field edits within the Mobile Agent App.  When working in the app, I need the ability to “Edit” Incident records so users can update their form options as needed.

I navigated to ITSM Mobile App > Function > Edit Incident (openedit), but I am unable to make fields such as Category, Subcategory, Impact, Caller, Channel, and others editable within the Mobile Agent App. 

 

Could you please assist with making these fields editable for users in the Mobile Agent App?
