Can I change the Now assist in the Virtual agent name from "Now Assist" to anything else

I want to change the title of the now assist in virtual agent, to "employee helper", I've changed the specific branding the assistant is on but i still see "Now assist" I believe this used to be possible as ive done it before. Can someone please provide some guidance? thanks

Option1:

Navigate to Conversational Interfaces > Settings in your instance,

select Branding - View All, and update the label field

Option2:You can modify the text directly by searching for and updating its corresponding record in sys_ui_message table
