Can I insall now assist plugins for ITSM in my developer local PDI. When I try to install it. It asks me to buy it.
Isn't is possible to practice Now Assist in my local PDI?

No — in PDI we can’t get AI Assist. Generative AI isn’t available there; we can only use the build agent.

No, you can actually take a course in Now Learning and get a lab instance where AI is available. There is also a free 14-day instance you can use for practice.

I will definitely try it now.
I actually took two micro certification from ServiceNow University
- Micro-Certification – Agentic AI Executive
- Micro-Certification – Now Assist Executive
I got gist of it but cant actuall work full fledge on how to work on GenAI and Agentic AI using Now LLMs.
Let me try now with the help of the course recommendations which you sent.
