I definitely will do that.
Just want to check if you have taken those courses, if yes, how did you feel it. Are those good enough?

Hi @sardarsa ,
No Agentic AI or GenAI (Now Assist) plugins are available for installation in the PDI due to licensing restrictions. Only limited Predictive Intelligence features are available, and the full feature set is not exposed in the PDI environment.
Additionally, even the above-mentioned licensed features cannot be explored in the client’s non-production instance unless the required licenses have been purchased.

Hi @sardarsa ,
Unfortunately, you cannot install Now Assist on your personal developer instance.
The best way to try out Now Assist for free is to use a Lab Instance in Servicenow University.
Here is what you do:
- Log into Servicenow University.
- Search for "Now Assist for ITSM" or any other Now Assist course.
- Start the course, Servicenow will give you a temporary Lab Instance free for a limited period.
This is the way to try out ServiceNow AI features without paying.
Best regards,
Chanuka
