Certification maintenance fee

I have logged in partner portal with my company mail.But still asking for Certification maintenance fee and also where should i link webassessor i cant see option in now learning .Since tomorrow is last date for delta please help me with that

1st, Webassessor is no longer in use; this is no longer provided or handled by SN. Regarding CMP, please speak to your manager immediately. If you are with a partner, either your company will give you learning credits or you will need to pay for it. Then remember, if it’s allocated, they will cover the cost on your behalf.

Internally check with your Company's Servicenow Capability team why CMP fee is not waived for you. Also Webassessor is no longer valid. You can do everything within ServiceNow University.

Also If you choose not to pay between January 15, 2026, and April 15, 2026, a 'Payment Due' notification widget will display on your ServiceNow University Home page until the payment is made.

Raise a case immediately to check why this payment option is coming even after you have partner portal account.

Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) Fee Prerequisite

• Employees linked to a company will be able to use available Learning Credits for maintenance fees. If employees are not associated with their company, refer to Link to My Company Account Overview.

Open Learning Credit Pools

If your company credit pool is Open state, meaning the credit pool and its entire balance of credits is available to any user on the account when purchasing content, follow the instructions below: 

1. Log in to ServiceNow University. By default, the Home page displays. 
2. Navigate to the CMP notification widget and select the Pay Now link. The Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) Fee page displays.
   NOTE: Select the Learn More link in the widget to better understand CMP. If you want to pay later, you can access this link from the widget on your Home page.
