chat reply recommendation and chat summarization not working in SOW workspace

I have activated the skills of chat summarization and chat reply recommendation skill , and repair the now assist plugin, 

its not working

The sparkle icon now showing in chat recommendation and chat summarization is not working

Refer KB: KB2822839 Make "Chat Summarization" and "Chat Reply Recommendation" work on other than esc portal 

Configure chat summarization and chat reply recommendation skills in the Now Assist Admin console

Did you repair the plugin and try  ( after clearing instance cache using cache.do) . If yes,
