I want the Record Producer to have a Conversational Variable like how the Virtual Agent works.

Hi @avenkataabh
It's out-of-the-box (OOTB).
If your Record Producer (RP) has any variables, the same will automatically appear in the Virtual Agent (VA) as well.
We're currently in the process of implementing the same.

So when i type 'VPN ISSUE' in short Description it should show me troubleshooting steps and then ask some other questions and try to help me troubleshoot my issue there itself. If Now Assist cannot provide solution , then go raise a ticket.
