Issue with NowAssist Agent Deployment on Client Instance

We have successfully developed a NowAssist agent in our instance, which utilizes the native file upload tool to process responses based on a five-page Word document. The agent, with its detailed instructions, functions perfectly in our environment. However, when deployed to the client’s instance, the agent fails to generate responses and returns the error: "Sorry, there was a problem on my side trying to complete this request. Try asking again later."
To troubleshoot, we created a new agent in the client’s instance with a simplified setup, using a 100-character instruction and a single-page Word document. This configuration worked without issues. In contrast, our instance supports instructions exceeding 100 characters and performs reliably with the larger document.
It appears the issue may be related to the instruction length or document complexity in the client’s environment. Could you please assist in diagnosing and resolving this discrepancy?

HI @prasanna16 - Look slike you are getting timedout

I would suggest this to check in your instance first ( where it is working ) and check in your client instance.  Make the changes accordingly in the system properties.
