I want the same on the record producer form , not an VA. A variable to interact with user like how a VA does.

Hi @avenkataabh
Virtual Agent (VA) and Record Producer (RP) are two different things.
If you own an RP, then you need to create the variables manually — but those will be static, and the user needs to answer them accordingly.

No, it's not possible unless you have a large number of variables and use UI Policies to make the form dynamic.
Without that, the behavior will remain static and limited.
