In the Yokohama version, is it possible to customize the CAB Workbench by adding a UI action or icon that executes Change Request Summary and/or Risk Analyzer?
I’m looking for functionality similar to the OOTB NOW Assist feature available on individual Change Request records, but integrated directly into the CAB Workbench interface for quicker access during CAB meetings.
Has anyone implemented this or found a best practice for extending CAB Workbench with these capabilities? Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!
