Daily Trigger for agentic workflow triggers only 10 records.

Hello Community,

I’ve created an agentic workflow that is scheduled to run daily at 1:00 AM, targeting records that meet specific conditions. At the time of execution, there are 20 records matching these conditions. However, I've noticed that the workflow consistently triggers for only 10 records.

I'm trying to understand if this is expected behavior.

My questions:

• Is there a limit on how many agentic workflows can be triggered concurrently in the Now Assist panel?

• Are there any system properties or platform-level throttling mechanisms that could be influencing this behavior?

Any guidance or clarification from those who’ve encountered similar scenarios would be greatly appreciated.

Can you share your setup? That would make it easier to understand what is happening. And are you triggering the same thing for 20 records, or do you get 20 records and does it only run for 10 of them?

I have attached my agentic workflow trigger snippet and the matching records.
I am running the agentic workflow for all the records matching the condition. That means triggering the same thing for 20 records, but only 10 gets executed.
