Is there anyway to disable a favorite on mobile that has been favorited on Desktop?
I know there is an article from 2024 that says you can't, but I am hoping someone out there has some back end script to assist.
We have a custom application that is desktop only, but have users that favorited the app, and are trying to use it on mobile. We need to prevent this somehow.
Thoughts?
