Hi Team,
Getting error when connecting Now assist with openAI,
I have created flow which runs on trigger cond i.e., whenever incident is created, and in action I am trying to get summary of that incident in work notes, but while testing I am getting error "Error: Cannot read property "provider" from undefined,Detail: Cannot read property "provider" from undefined"
In the above images I have entered the key from openAi
Error is still there when I am removing that key record.
Thanks

were you able to successfully connect with OpenAI and test?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
I put the key from OpenAi into connection & credentials record of OpenAi,
and gave openai value for the "com.sn.generative.ai.provider" property,
ther were tow choices for that openai and azure_openai,
I dont know how to test it now,
I thought creation of flow and testing the record would test it
