Hi all,
I'm currently working on ServiceNow (San Diego/Xanadu version) and looking for a more user-friendly way to monitor email notifications sent to specific users.
I know we can view sent emails under System Logs → Email Logs, but this requires filtering manually every time for each user.
How can I see email notifications for a specific user directly from their profile, instead of checking Email Logs again and again?

Hi @sandeshpowa,
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To view the emails (for specific user) from user profile, here are the steps to Achieve it
1. Go to user profile/record in sys_user table
2. Click on the header to open Context Menu then select Configure after that Related List
3 Then you redirected to select the Related List from the following, find and select Email->User ID and save it
4. After that you will be able to see the Emails in the Related List Section
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope it resolves your query, let me know if you have any doubt
Please Mark my response helpful and accept as solution so it will help others too
Thanks & Regards
