My query here is
Similar functionality already exists for Incidents; this enhancement aims to provide consistency for RITMs.
The section should display only open (active) RITMs requested by the same caller.
Closed, cancelled, or completed RITMs should be excluded from this view to avoid clutter and improve relevance.

Hi @sajampan
I already replied in your previous thread.
So you want to make the change in this pop-up window. Right-click on the impacted user, select Configure Dictionary, and then go to the Attributes related list.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @sajampan
You need to configure the attribute, as I mentioned earlierāthe same has already been done on the Caller field in the Incident form.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
