How to acheive below scenario

My query here is 

  • Similar functionality already exists for Incidents; this enhancement aims to provide consistency for RITMs.

  • The section should display only open (active) RITMs requested by the same caller.

  • Closed, cancelled, or completed RITMs should be excluded from this view to avoid clutter and improve relevance.

it comes from a UI macro added to that field in dictionary.

See the UI macro and enhance for your RITM table's field.

-> see this OOTB caller_id dictionary entry, using ref_contribution you can add macro besides reference field
