How to add a AI agent use case in ESC portal

I Have a requirement where i need to add my AI agent which i have created to add in ESC portal how can i do step by step process can i get.

Hi @TEJAS ,

do you mean a virtual agent to be replaced by Now Assist?

In that case you need to activate Now Assistant (I think it's called so) plugin and then activate it in the Conversational Interfaces (once the plugin is installed a new tab occurs there).

Don't expect a step by step, that's not purpose of this Community :)) we can support you when you get stuck but not doing your job for you :(( let us know what you tried, what's your doubt or confusion if any, what you have read or what are some of your ideas and we can discuss it here.

But this is not a job market to assign your task to others 😛 you said that you created your AI Agent, please start with sharing some more details about it. There shall be Define triggers tab in it and there you can add it to the Panel etc. (I don't have any available PDI with Now Assist capabilities at the moment).

Let me know and share some context to get a more meaningful advice 😛

Actually i wanted to know i have enabled a now assist in ESC portal i have created a AI agent in AI agent Studio , I want my AI agent to be added in to the ESC portal so how can i do that .

@TEJAS  and if you are in AI Agent Studio, open a particular Agent, what do you see in the left menu bar?
