How to upgrade the instance to enable Now Assist

Hello,
We have implemented ITSM and CSM on the ServiceNow instance. In this implementation, we have created a copy of the Record page in CSM Configurable Workspace.
Now, we have planned to enable Now Assist.
Is all the Now Assist configuration enabled just by enabling the plugin or any further configurations are needed.
What are the steps to be followed?

You can start by simply enabling the out-of-the-box (OOTB) plugin first and then check if it fulfills your requirement. @TajuddinMohd
