could you possibly explain what do you mean "CAD payment in your PDI"?
CAD (Certified App Developer) is an exam to be registered, purchased and scheduled at the SN University, while PDI (Personal Developer Instance) is a FREE ServiceNow environment to learn or test most of the features, anything you find in your PDI is free of charge, if something (e.g. Now Assist) is paid then it's not available in PDIs.
This CAD and PDIs are not relevant one to another.

A PDI (Personal Developer Instance) is a free ServiceNow instance where you can learn and explore the platform.
FYI: All standard features are available for free; however, paid licenses and AI-related features are not included.
The CAD (Certified Application Developer) is a ServiceNow certification exam. You must first register through ServiceNow University and then schedule the exam within 90 days. ServiceNow certification exams are not part of the PDI—they are always taken through ServiceNow University.
