I want to ask the community about a simple approval flow and need help structuring the question. I have a form; I impersonate a user to submit it. Where should the requester see the approval/rejection message in the portal/Employee Center, besides email? In another browser I log in as the manager/approver who approves/rejects—where does the manager see their notifications and the related emails?

Please help me verify these two paths:

  • Requester path: where the end user sees the decision (in-app location and email).

  • Manager/approver path: where the approver sees pending approvals and any in-product notifications/emails.

In general cases the manager see the notification in portal "sp" tab "my approvals"

Open the request/ticket in portal, check activity tab.

Manager can see it under My approval section in Employee Center portal.

In the "my Tasks" i see the requests and tasks, where can I see the notification of request?

end user can track it using Portal -> My Requests

Manager can see Pending Approval in Portal  -> My Tasks
