I know I'm posting to the incorrect board, but there was no choice for the topic I have an issue with...
I have an employee who had her Now Learning account under our company's partner account and she was designated a 'partner user'. I could see all the training she was doing through the Admin Training Dashboard.
At some point, she merged her account with a different email address and I stopped seeing her training. Last week she merged her training account back to her company email, but I couldn't see her training. So I added her as a partner user with her company email address. I still cannot see her training, but her account is listed under our users in the Admin training account.
What can I do next to troubleshoot this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I doubt anyone in the community could help further on this. I would suggest raising a support case with Now Learning Help Center from below link

They typically respond on same day and hopefully help to resolve your issue.

I'm not sure how much we can help, but email merging has become quite cumbersome these days. I've seen many issues like this. The best option might be to raise a new learning case so the team can provide proper guidance.

Thank you both for your responses. I used the virtual agent for help with my issue in SN University and tried adding 'customer user' as a role under SN university for that user and it worked! I have two other people in this same situation who showed up without me checking that 'customer user' box, but it's working so I'm not going to ruminate on that too much. Thanks again!
