Initial NowAssist Panel activation doesnt work

Hello eveyone,
I am experiencing an issue with the "initial" activation of the nowassist panel. In Test- and Dev. Instance it wasn´t a problem. The only difference there is that we directly activated the VA too, what is not intented in prod in the first step. In test i turned of the VA and the panel still works so I guess it has no effect if it is not activated both at the same time.
I have installed the application "App id: sn_itsm_gen_ai" Now Assist for ITSM.
I have activated some skills and went to NowAssist -> CI Admin console for configuration.
Nothing special select, more or less all OOTB pre-settings. Following error occurs.
The skills within the incident, e.g. Summarization are working.
Any ideas before opening a ticket at servicenow support?
