interaction records are creating in workitems

hi everyone,

i m currently working in now assist in csm
so whenever interaction record is created

Workitem are not getting created on awa_work_item table even if i have correctly configured the channel , queue and assignment rule 
this preventing agent to receive request card from customer who are requesting connection to live agent from portal
can anyone help to slove this issue
