Is there are possibility to change the way Now Assist generate Resolution notes?

Hello fellow AI enthusiasts.

Is there a possibility for Now Assist to generate the resolution notes in a numbered form instead of sentence form? The skill works on the instance but they want to customize it and list the actions done for the incident record to be resolved instead.

I appreciate any help that will come. Thank you so much in advance.

In the later updates in the Xanadu version, a new step has been added for the skill activation, namely "Configure Response". It makes the generated Resolution Notes to be in a list format.

And, you can't control what steps are listed. Now Assist gets the information from the field inputs, if it seems to be relevant in the resolution process, it is added in the generated resolution notes.
