Issue with new service channels in service operations workspace Agent chat

I have created new Service channels like Incident & Request but I am not seeing those new one's in the Service Operations workspace inbox. only Chat option is coming. 

If anyone has any idea or something. please feel free to post your thoughts

Hi @R_52 

I'm not sure what your use case is for creating the Service Channel. What is the business case? The screenshot you shared seems to be for the Availability bot, not for the Service Channel.
