KB Generation skill missing and not available for cloning — differs from documentation view

Hello everyone,
I’m following the official Now Assist Skill Kit (Yokohama) documentation — particularly the section “Configure skills with custom prompts for knowledge article templates.”
In the doc screenshot, there’s a KB generation skill listed under the ServiceNow skills tab, associated with ITSM/CSM workflows.
However, in my lab instance, I don’t see this skill at all.
Here’s what I observe:
My instance shows only these skills:
Flow Generation with Images
Change request risk explanation
Change request summarization
Incident summarization
There’s no KB generation skill listed.
Also, the Clone option is not available for any OOTB ServiceNow skill, so I can’t clone to create a similar KB skill manually.
What I already checked
Now Assist for Knowledge Management plugin is active.
I have the admin role.
Other Now Assist skills (like Incident Summarization) work fine.
Why is the KB Generation skill not available under ServiceNow skills in my instance?
Is it restricted to certain products or versions (e.g., ITSM Pro, Knowledge Management Advanced)?
Is there any way to clone or re-enable this KB Generation skill manually?
