We have disabled Azure open Ai from setting of Now Assist admin and enabled Now LLM from manage LLM settings .However we found that under the log list "sn_ais_assist_qna_log" we are still able to see the provider as Azure open Ai chat.
Please help me to resolve this issue

Hi @ashvini_jiv,
It sounds like the switch from Azure OpenAI to Now LLM has been made but Azure OpenAI is still showing as the provider in the sn_ais_assist_qna_log table. This can sometimes happen if the underlying configurations or dependencies haven't fully updated after the switch.
Here are a couple of things to try:
- Repair the Plugin
Go to System Definition > Plugins, search for sn_azure_openai, and choose Repair. - Check out this detailed community discussion

Solved: Re: Issue when using NowAssist Panel - ServiceNow Community
After making the changes, monitor the sn_ais_assist_qna_log table again to confirm that the provider now reflects Now LLM.
