Im not able to interact with now assist, its greyed out

that happened to me as well, but I don't remember how we fixed it....

Some quick ideas:

• do you have assigned now_assist_panel_user role?
• Also, you can try to clear the cache, log out and log in again or alternative browser,
• Eventually, go to Now Assist Admin and deactivate the NAP then activate it again,
• does it happen to you or other users?
• create case from support portal (Now Assist indicates it's not a PDI)

Nope, have that role, 

tried logging in-out

tried reactivating NAP

and everyone has the same issue not only me.

guess the option is to rasie a hicase now

@Its_Azar then the last option could be to repair the plugin. It seems to me that NAP is visible after you activate any Now Assist plugin, based on which one is that in your case (Now Assist for ITSM, HR, CSM, Creator, ...) try to repair that plugin.

If it doesn't help then it's time to create a case from support portal
