Now Assist in the VA verbiage "Reply to now assist...", can this be updated to a different verbiage

Hello, 

 

Can the now assist in the VA, typing pre-canned verbiage in the SS (towards the bottom of the page) be updated to something else? "Reply to Now Assist..." I Want to brand with a company name. thanks

Issue

Unable to Edit or localise placeholder text -  Reply to Now Assist and disclaimer text (Some answers generated by AI. Be sure to check for accuracy) in the Now Assist Virtual Agent.

 

Resolution

1.    This behavior is working as designed and cannot be modified through configuration.

2.    Localisation of this specific text is not supported in the current product behavior.

3.    If Editing or localisation is required, kindly submit an enhancement request through the ServiceNow Idea Portal as per KB0755878 -
