I have a requirement to enable Now Assist Q&A Genius Results. I followed the documentation below; however, I did not see an answer generated by Now Assist in the form of an actionable card

Thanks for sharing the KB article. I have reviewed it, and it appears to address scenarios involving custom tables. However, in my case, everything is OOB
