portal redirect to nowassistselfservice

HI All,

 

I have created a record producer in dev instance and wrote code "sp?id=nowassistselfservice" which will redirect the form to virtual assistance page. it is working in dev instance. but the same code is not working in test environment. 

can anyone help me with this.

every other functionality with nowassist virtual assistance (chat) working. but I wanted to re-direct from a record producer which is working fine in DEV but not in Test env. please assist.

Hi @skpotla85 

 

  • Type cache.do in the Application Navigator and press Enter.
  • Log out and log back into your Test instance before re-testing

2. Ensure "auto_redirect" is set as "true" on the portal Instance. 

   Refer: KB0812381 Record producer on service portal is not redirecting to the form after submitting 

 

3. Check record producer's producer script and ensure redirection logic same in Dev and test.
